Automattic’s Worldwide WP 5k
I run 5.03km with my wife this evening. The reason why I’ve done this is Automattic’s Worldwide WP 5k. I’m not a runner-type of guy and I’m lazy when it comes to sports but I’ve been whipping myself with Couch To 5K - a running plan for complete beginners for the last few months and I can see I’m in better shape than the last year :)
I’m still incredibly slow but checkout my route on Runkeeper.
